Stephs Famous Nut Butter than this Balls

Lets Go! 

I always use whatever I have at home, so feel free to add anything to this list that you feel called to! 

Sizes are a guestimate as I just throw in however much I feel called to. :)

  • 3 Heaping scoops of either Nut Butter, almond butter, fatso peanut butter or regular peanut butter   

  • 2 heaping tablespoons or more of Munk Fruit (Sweetness gauged on your preference)  

  • ¾ of a scoop of protein powder. I personally use the brand Beyond Yourself, vegan blend. Any of their varieties work great!  

  • 2 tablespoons of MCT oil, depending on how oily the nut butter is more or less 

  • 2 scoops of Oats (optional GF Oats)  

  • 2-5 Tablespoons of Oat Milk. I personally use Calfia Extra Creamy. Its important to make sure there is a little moisture in mix so the oats can soften, but not too much that it makes it runny

Add Ons 

  • Unsweetened Cacao Nibs  

  • Hemp seeds  

  • Fiber

  • Flax seeds

  • Raisons

  • Dates  

  • Dried Coconut

  • Dried fruit 

  • Chia seeds 

  • Roasted Walnuts or Pecans, Chopped – Mix walnuts with MCT oil and Monk fruit then place walnuts in oven @375-400F for roughly 5-7 min. Option to add Stevia Maple Syrup (from whole foods) after walnuts/ pecans are out of oven for extra glazed walnuts/ pecans. 

  • Pumpkin Seeds 

  • Cheerios or another form of cereal  

  • Not Coffee from Oasis 😊  

  • And much more!  

 

Mix dry food together first, then add wet ingredients.

Mix all preferred ingredients together and keep in the fridge. Best eaten when kept in fridge for a few hours or overnight 

Take out and roll into balls! Don’t forget to give them a funky name 😊
