In this powerful 5D Breathwork Session I will take you through a journey to assist you to release and let go of stored energetic density in your vessel. During a traumatic experience, if unable to process the trauma properly, the vessel stores the energy inside of it until it is released. Manipulating the breath with this technique is an excellent way to clear some of that density from our fields. With this technique it can teach our vessels to cope with stress that’s out of our control better and can assist us to generate more energy and oxygen in the body. Releasing more of those feel good hormones allowing for a clearer, calmer mindset!
